This crucial step involves determining the scope of the project, defining the budget, and developing a cohesive plan of logistics to move forward. Our dedicated team handles permit acquisition, develops a detailed schedule, and takes charge of material procurement.

Our Material Procurement services offer a hassle-free experience for clients. From a vanity mirror to kitchen handles, we manage the purchase of all selections outlined in the Material Worksheet, including fixtures, lighting, materials, and accessories. Our meticulous approach involves navigating all purchases, receiving and storing deliveries, tracking arrivals, and inspecting the quality and quantity of items. In case of damaged or incorrect items, we promptly file claims for timely replacements.
